It received the LA County Student Young Filmmaker Award, sponsored by First Entertainment.
Shot on an iPhone over Spring Break, “Trapped” is about a teen girl dealing with the stress and ongoing repetitiveness of the pandemic, after school returns to “in-person.” It was written, shot, and starring Violet Zeug.
Very impressive. Especially since the filmmaker is only 15. Loved the cinematography. Very creative…. The narration and acting was great.
