Violet Zeug is an award-winning student film-maker, winning the Burbank International Film Festival for a film she made when she was 15.
Currently attending CalArts, class of 2028, majoring in Film/ Video.
Violet got accepted to her first film festival at age 15, with her short film, “Trapped.” As a result, she won Best Youth Filmmaker from the Burbank International Film Festival in 2022.
Besides her interest in film, she also spent several years as a volunteer at the Gentle Barn in Santa Clarita, and several years in the Pasadena Youth Orchestra as a violinist.
While still in high school, she has done two internships with award winning documentary filmmakers, participated in several short films other than her own, performed at the Sierra Madre Playhouse, (through her high school), and done so much more!
